Large Functions
For events with 100-1200 guests, our services include planning, coordination, design, and execution of Theme Parties and Formal Dinners.
The theme parties include:
- Junkanoo - A rendition of our Bahamian cultural festival, held on Boxing Day. This party can be complete with costumes, entertainment, and Junkanoo parade.
- Moulin Rouge - The Moulin Rouge party replicates the famous French night club at the beginning of the 20th century. This party is detailed and lavish using velvet fabrics, lamps, Austrian curtain, French street scene and much more.
- Tropical Welcome - This party incorporates warm colors, vibrant tropical flowers, and bamboo accents. Perfect for a casual night outside.
- Beach - This party can be fun and colorful using beach paraphernalia, such as pales, shovels, and sunglasses. This event can also be natural, using fishnet, drift wood, and shells.
- Club Havana - Our Club Havana party is a take off from the old Havana night life complete with marquis entrance, disco balls, tropical flowers, 10' palm trees, and cigar huts.
- Masquerade Ball - This party is a recreation of the traditional Venetian ball using masks, lush fabric, and rich elegant décor.
- Hot, Hot, Hot - Our hot, hot, hot party incorporates "hot" colors with flashing lights in the centerpieces and perimeter.
- Underwater - This party creates a feeling of being under the sea. Blue and aqua fabric is draped in the ceiling to resemble waves and fish and underwater foliage are incorporated into the centerpiece.
- Pirates of the Caribbean - The pirates party is fun and endearing, allowing guests to feel as if they were shipwrecked on an island. The party is complete with shipwreck, treasure boxes, swords, pirates hats, and old maps.
